Galiano Island Ecological Reserve
This unique bog habitat is a carefully protected ecological reserve lying at the heart of Galiano Island. The trail that loops through the park takes you around the edge of the wetland, where a number of rare plants flourish. Wildlife in the area includes beavers along with woodpeckers, waterfowl, song birds and birds of prey.
