The BC Bird Trail is made possible by:

The BC Bird Trail is the result of a group of folks who love British Columbia’s diverse communities, the natural landscapes that surround them, and the migratory birds that nest in our regions throughout the year. The BC Bird Trail is produced by various Destination Marketing Organizations, Destination British Columbia, Birds Canada, Indigenous Tourism BC, and The Number Creative.

Working with Birds Canada, Indigenous Tourism BC, and the regional organizations representing each trail, we crafted the curated itineraries that encourage birders to Discover the Pacific Flyway through Central Vancouver Island, Richmond Delta, and The Fraser Valley along the BC Bird Trail.

Birds Canada

Canada’s voice for birds. Birds Canada is dedicated to conserving wild birds through sound science, on-the-ground actions, innovative partnerships, public engagement, and science-based advocacy. In support of the BC Bird Trail, Birds Canada was integral in the coordinating of itineraries, and connection to the birding community.
